Vanoss Elementary School sets enrollment dates Aug. 3-4

Vanoss Pre-kindergarten through sixth grade new students will enroll on Wednesday, Aug. 3 in the cafeteria from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Parents should take the following items to complete enrollment:

Childs birth certificate, childs current immunization record, childs Social Security card number, Sooner Start card, childs CDIB (Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood), the name and address of last school attended and proof of residency (current utility bill).

Students who attended Vanoss Elementary last year will enroll on Thursday, Aug. 4 in the cafeteria from noon until 6 p.m. All returning students who have had new immunizations should bring updated immunization records.

Enrollment packets are available online at www.vanoss.k12.ok.us. Forms may be filled out in advance and taken to the scheduled enrollment day. Packets will also be available on the day of enrollment. These packets need to be filled out completely and must be returned by the legal guardian on the scheduled day.
