Vanoss Elementary School announces enrollment dates
Vanoss pre-kindergarten through sixth grade new students will enroll Wednesday, Aug. 3 in the cafeteria from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Students are to take the following items to complete enrollment: Childs birth certificate, childs current immunization record, childs Social Security card number, Sooner Start card, childs CDIB (Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood), the name and address of last school attended and proof of residency (current utility bill).
Students who attended Vanoss Elementary last year will enroll Thursday, Aug. 4, in the cafeteria from noon until 6 p.m. All returning students who have had new immunizations should bring updated immunization records.
Enrollment packets are available online at www.vanoss.k12.ok.us. Parents may fill out these forms in advance and take them to the scheduled enrollment. Packets will also be available on the day of enrollment. These packets need to be filled out completely and must be returned by the legal guardian on the scheduled day.
